Ingredients
  • 1 Fit Fetti Cake Mix
  • 1 Box sugar free pudding mix (vanilla or cheesecake)
  • 1/2 C Milk (almond/cashew)
  • Mint Condition Fluff
  • Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350F
  2. Mix 16g Pudding mix (1/2 box) with 1/2C cold milk. Stir until it thickens and creates a pudding like texture. 
  3. Once the pudding has set up (stick it in the fridge to speed up the process). Mix in 1 package of Fit Fetti Protein Cake mix. Stir until a sticky dough is formed. 
  4. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray or use parchment paper. Put dough onto cookie sheet in small 2" balls. Top chocolate chips.
  5. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. 
  6. Makes 5-6 cookies. Top with Mint Condition Fluff and sprinkles!
