Each individual product page has a tab for nutrition facts. The panel on the left is for the mix only. The “Prepared” tab is calculated with the additional applesauce, cashew milk, and egg whites needed to make a cake.
Yes!! Depending on which flavor you choose and how you prepare it, most of our cakes are between 5-7 WW Smart points when fully cooked
Yes. Because we created a mix free of preservatives and other yucky additives, we recommend keeping the cakes covered and refrigerated once they are made! Bonus! They stay good in the fridge up to 5 days!
Check out the Frosting page for some recipe ideas. Be creative. Switch pudding mix flavors & greek yogurt flavors to create endless creations. I personally love lemon and keylime the best. There are also some lower calorie frostings available usually labeled (whipped or fluffy) that work well. One package makes one large 5x8 cake (estimate depending on container size). Its a large serving that can easily be split into two meals. But who on earth would eat a half of a cake when you can eat an entire cake under 300 calories? Not me!
All of our cake mixes are gluten free!
We put a Best Buy date on each package for your convenience. A general rule of thumb is about 6 months.

Yes you can use 1 whole egg or 1 flax egg (Mix 1 TBSP flaxseed meal and 2.5 TBSP water. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes to thicken)

Currently we use whey protein powder that does contain dairy. Soon we will be offering a vegan version

No, but put it on immediately after it is done cooking to avoid moisture escaping and drying out your cake
