Cinna-Bunz + Cinnamon Swoll Rolls
2 packs Cinna-Bunz cake mixes, prepared as directed
1 can Cinnamon Swoll Frosting
Cinnamon Chips (optional)
Line a cookie sheet with parchment, and spray with cooking spray.
Prepare mixes as directed, and using a spatula, gently spread cake onto prepared pan. Batter should be about 3/4 inch thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top. Remove from oven, and Remove to a cooking rack with a towel spread under it. Gently starting at the edge, roll cake with parchment and towel into a full roll and let cool for 30 minutes. Gently unroll, and spread with frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon chips if desired. Re-roll, and freeze for 10 minutes. This will make it easier to cut. Slice and serve with a sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy!
