Fit-Fetti Cake Bars
Ingredients
  • 1 Fit Fetti Protein Cake Mix
  • 1 Box sugar free pudding mix
  • 1/2 C Milk (almond/cashew)
  • Topping: Mixture of cool whip, vanilla pudding mix, food coloring, and sprinkles!
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350F
  2. Mix 16g Pudding mix (1/2 box) with 1/2C cold milk. Stir until it thickens and creates a pudding like texture. 
  3. Once the pudding has set up (stick it in the fridge to speed up the process). Mix in 1 package of Fit Fetti Protein Cake mix. Stir until a sticky dough is formed. 
  4. Spray small rectangular baking pan with non-stick spray or use parchment paper. Press dough into pan. 
  5. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes and cut into squares
  6. Cool in the refrigerator and top with icing and sprinkles!
