Gingersnap Whoopy Pies
Create Gingersnap Cookies (Recipe by @jessicafit20)
- 16g instant pudding mix (half of a box)
- 1/2C cup cold milk
Mix until thick and pudding like consistency
- Stir in 1 dry packet of Lil Buff Protein Gingershred Man
Make 6 even spoonfuls of batter onto a greased pan and bake at 350F for 13 mins. Let cool or store in the refrigerator.
Filling
- Combine 1/2C cool whip
- 2 Tbsp light cream cheese
- 16g pudding mix (half box)
- splash of milk
Mix until thick and spread in the middle of two cookies to create a whoopy pie sandwich
