Pineapple Upside Down Protein Cake
1 package of Lil Buff Mix Fit-Fetti
1/2 C Unsweetened Applesauce
46g egg whites (3 TBSP)
30 mL cashew milk (2 TBSP)
Prepare batter as directed on the package.
Grease 2 two mini cake pans (4 inch)
Sprinkle a pinch of brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute)
Add 1 pineapple ring to each pan.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 2 cakes. Don't forget the cherry on top!
