Whey Buff Waffles
Wake & Bake!! You can still have waffles and maintain your healthy lifestyle. Here is the recipe:
Makes 1-2 Giant Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 Packet Lil Buff Protein Cake Mix
- 1 Unsweetened Applesauce Pouch (90g)
- 2 egg whites (90mL)
Instructions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl
- Preheat waffle iron and spray generously with non-stick spray
- Pour half the batter into the waffle maker
- When waffle is finished cooking, Repeat for the remaining batter
- Top with peanut butter, syrup, or even chocolate chips
