Whey Buff Waffles

Wake & Bake!! You can still have waffles and maintain your healthy lifestyle. Here is the recipe:

Makes 1-2 Giant Waffles
  • 1 Packet Lil Buff Protein Cake Mix
  • 1 Unsweetened Applesauce Pouch (90g)
  • 2 egg whites (90mL)
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl
  2. Preheat waffle iron and spray generously with non-stick spray
  3. Pour half the batter into the waffle maker 
  4. When waffle is finished cooking, Repeat for the remaining batter
  5. Top with peanut butter, syrup, or even chocolate chips

Makes 1-2 Waffles : 280 Calories/39P/22C/5F
