Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
Makes 2 servings
  • 2 TBSP fat free cream cheese or Greek whipped cream cheese
  • 2 TBSP Light Greek Yogurt (Vanilla)
  • 2 packets of stevia
  • 1 tsp sugar free/fat free pudding mix (vanilla)
  • 30mL unsweetened cashew milk
  • Dash of cinnamon
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl
  2. Whip vigorously with a fork until frosting like consistently (1-2 minutes)
  3. Store in refrigerator
